Booking Policies
Appointments
Book any time still open on the calendar, including same day. Popular times fill up, so the further ahead you book, the more choice you have.
Late Policy
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or canceled depending on availability.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation
You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations will result in a fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
Refund
All services and deposits are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify the salon within 24 hours.
Before Your Appointment
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and consultation.
- Stay hydrated and avoid excessive sun exposure before your appointment.
- Avoid wearing makeup to your appointment if you're receiving a facial treatment.
- Let me know in advance if you're pregnant, on medications, or have any skin concerns.
- Refrain from using retinol, AHAs, or exfoliants 2 weeks before your facial service.
- For waxing services, make sure hair is at least ¼ inch long for best results.
